See the time when the record has been submitted
See the time when the record has been edited last
Allow (or disallow) your users to edit their forms
Include the unique link to the form in the user's email. This link will provide individual access to the form.
Manage access - all or logged in users only have access to the form(s)
Allow (or disallow) your users to submit the same form for several times
Manage the status of the records after submitting (e.g. if you create a guest book - you can allow the new record to be submitted immediately or to require approve from admin)
Disable access to record after X days - your users will be able to edit their forms within a limited period only.
